ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Information Technology - Service Management

In line with this approach, Doğuş Teknoloji has reaffirmed its vision of ensuring security and stability in its products and services by implementing an "Information Security Management System", emphasizing the importance of managing information assets.
Following a successful management system implementation and audit process, our company has been certified and, as of 25.11.2013, has officially demonstrated compliance with standards by obtaining the "ISO/IEC 27001:2017 Information Security Management System" certification under the scope of "E-Invoice Applications / Private Integrator".
ISO 22301:2012 Societal Security - Business Continuity Management Systems - Requirements
By implementing the ISO 22301 management system, Doğuş Teknoloji has identified the services ensuring business continuity in unexpected situations, determined the responsible business units, and established the methods and approaches to be followed.
Following a successful management system implementation and audit process, our company has been certified and, as of 15.12.2014, has officially demonstrated compliance with standards by obtaining the "ISO 22301:2012 Societal Security - Business Continuity Management Systems – Requirements" certification under the scope of "E-Invoice Applications / Private Integrator".
Our Information Security Policy
At Doğuş Teknoloji, with our "Information Security Policy", we ensure the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our assets while reducing risks to an acceptable level.
To manage all risks related to business continuity and information assets, we document, certify, and continuously improve our "Information Security Management System" in compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. We systematically manage risks related to information assets and conduct training programs to enhance technical and behavioral competencies, increasing awareness of information security.
By implementing this policy, our company commits to complying with legal obligations, adhering to contractual provisions with third parties (business partners, customers, suppliers), ensuring the continuity of fundamental and supporting business activities with minimal interruption, minimizing any financial or opportunity losses resulting from security incidents, and meeting information security requirements. These principles have been communicated to all relevant parties.

Our Business Continuity Policy
As a growing company that closely follows technological advancements, Doğuş Teknoloji recognizes and acknowledges the importance of ensuring business continuity for all stakeholders at the senior management level. To ensure operational continuity, Doğuş Teknoloji has established an ISO 22301-compliant Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) within the defined scope based on organizational needs.
To manage all risks related to business continuity, we document, certify, and continuously improve our business continuity processes in compliance with the standard. We systematically manage risks, create business continuity plans to sustain critical processes and supporting resources, conduct tests and drills for evaluation, and organize training programs to enhance technical and behavioral competencies.
By communicating this BCMS policy to the entire organization, relevant stakeholders, and third parties, Doğuş Teknoloji commits to ensuring the business continuity of services both within its operations and through its service providers.
Our Customer Complaint Management Policy
To continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality, Doğuş Teknoloji has established a customer complaint management system in compliance with the ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction - Complaint Management System standard. Strengthening its customer-oriented approach, Doğuş Teknoloji ensures that customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner, aiming to enhance both service quality and customer loyalty.
After successfully implementing and auditing the management system, Doğuş Teknoloji obtained the ISO 10002:2018 certification in 2025, once again demonstrating its commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. This certification confirms that Doğuş Teknoloji systematically and professionally addresses customer complaints and embraces a continuous improvement approach.

With its Private Integration E-Invoice Solution, Doğuş Teknoloji aims to provide its customers with high-quality and standardized services for creating, sending, receiving, and archiving electronic invoices. Within this scope, Doğuş Teknoloji has become one of the first institutions to receive private integration approval from the Revenue Administration under the 421 No. Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué and has been authorized to provide private integrator services.
