Digital Warehouse - An Innovative Forecasting Approach and Picking Optimization in the Spare Parts Warehouse Order Method

Subject: A project developed to make the order picking process faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective in spare parts warehouses. This project involved efforts carried out on the picking algorithm, order picking time estimation model, and simulation model development. The picking algorithm allows work orders to be created and assigned to workstations in the most appropriate way. This ensured that picking staff could access the relevant work orders through mobile handheld terminals and managed the part picking using the shortest route and as quickly as possible.

Subject: A project to manage and monitor the process for the physical destruction of automotive spare parts that have expired, are damaged beyond use during transportation or storage, or depreciated in value, with smart contracts using the Hyperledger Blockchain infrastructure.

Zubizu 3.0 - Common Solution Platform where Loyalty and Financial Services can be Provided Together or Independently
Subject: Zubizu 3.0 is a mobile app that combines loyalty and finance solutions. Customers are offered instant discounts, cashbacks or exclusive service opportunities as loyalty services in transactions made in contracted workplaces using the Zubizu QR code feature, their wallet balance, or hidden cards. Financial transactions (EFT, transfer, invoice payment, expenditure division) were also added to the loyalty programs in Zubizu 3.0. Zubizu 3.0's software architecture is developed entirely with a microservice architecture using open source technologies and adopting an event sourcing approach.

Subject: This project aims to develop a platform that predicts the energy that will be produced and consumed by locations such as homes and data centers that generate their own energy through solar panels. The platform will simulate energy consumption/production based on the addition or removal of hardware to these systems.

Doğuş Teknoloji's Contribution: Daily energy consumption and production of the Data Center will be predicted using ML methods. A decision support system will be developed to estimate the energy that will be consumed when new hardware is added or the energy that will be produced when a new panel is added.
