At Doğuş Teknoloji, we are aware that as we serve our country with the resources of today, we need to leave a good future for future generations. We care about our employees, customers, guests, business partners, investors, and society; we see social, environmental and economic sustainability as a part of our lives and as a permanent understanding that determines our style of management and lifestyle. For this reason, we set out a sustainability vision for Doğuş Teknoloji with our sustainability team consisting entirely of volunteers.

For Quality Education, our volunteer runners participate in the Istanbul Marathon with the motto "Technology is the future, and the future is our children," and each step they take contribute to the education of children without access to education opportunities. We also support scholarships offered for quality education through the Genç Hayat Foundation.

Industry, innovation and infrastructure are the essence of our DNA. We become part of the development of every new product we develop and every company whose digital transformation we provide.
For responsible production and consumption, we raise our employees' awareness for a future free of electronic waste by placing e-waste boxes in the D-Office, starting the transformation from within the corporation.
We have collected over 110 kilograms of e-waste in 4 months through the e-waste boxes which have been placed in the office. We send the e-waste collected to TUBISAD and donate the revenue to TEGV in order to support quality education for our children. In this context, we became one of the few companies that were entitled to receive an e-waste certificate from TUBISAD.
OUR EQUAL WOMEN AT WORK CERTIFICATE
As Doğuş Teknoloji, we have been awarded the Equal Women at Work Certificate, valid for two years starting from November 14, 2023, following an independent evaluation by the Sustainability Academy and Intertek.
This certificate, earned through our initiatives under our "Sustainability" program, particularly our focus on "Gender Equality," and our commitment to equal and fair working conditions, represents our organization's policies and social stance in this area.
We will continue to keep gender equality, combating discrimination, and maintaining safe working conditions at the core of our company culture.
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS
Since 2021, as Doğuş Teknoloji, we have been supplying all the energy required for our Şekerpınar Data Center from our SolarPulse solar panels.
As one of the pioneering technology companies in Turkey to use a solar energy system in a data center, we are proud to have won the Schneider Electric Sustainability Impact Awards!
We contribute to green energy with our products and continue to move forward with our goal of minimizing our carbon footprint in the future!
