At Doğuş Teknoloji, we continue to serve numerous firms across more than ten sectors, developing customized data strategies tailored to client needs. Recently, in line with a concept introduced by the Communication Center of Doğuş Otomotiv's Value and Interest Center (DİM), we teamed up with AWS, whose cloud infrastructure and services we have been using since 2018.We enhanced the DİM Exam Module, which prepares questions and evaluates exams for customer representatives, using generative AI for explainable scoring.

Working with Doğuş Otomotiv’s Digital Transformation teams, who are focused on sustainable, value-oriented products and solutions and are up to date with relevant technology trends, we adapted the exam preparation and evaluation processes of the DİM Communication Center trainers to a generative AI-based structure.

Gaining Speed with Amazon Bedrock

In this project, we utilized the Amazon Bedrock service, which allows us to use foundation models via API to select the most suitable model for business scenarios among large language models (LLMs) trained with vast amounts of text data in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Amazon Bedrock, offering the easiest way to develop and scale AI and generative AI applications with infrastructure models, enabled us to quickly implement a variety of models, saving time. Additionally, the platform provided significant ease in application development through guiding information and sample applications.

Preparation Time Reduced from Two Days to Three Minutes

The exam module, developed in almost a month and deployed in about two months, now prepares and evaluates questions with AI support instead of being manually prepared by trainers.With the exam module enhanced by generative AI technology, the exam preparation process, which previously required two people and two days, was reduced to approximately three minutes. The exam evaluation process was reduced from one day to four minutes. Additionally, questions that do not resemble those from the last two exams were produced.

Thus, the DİM Exam Module allows the communication center employees to be asked different types of unique and creative questions, and the reasons for the scores obtained in the evaluation of open-ended exam questions can be explained.
