We developed various scenarios for different personas,
making experiences consistent across different touchpoints and mapping out the action map for the next step by
taking into consideration omnichannel processes.
We built the information architecture, developed wireframes and prototype designs, and completed user tests. At the end, we created a user-friendly and modern mobile application
in line with the brand identity, supported by innovative solutions such as loyalty programs and digital payment services, and a comprehensive website that includes information according to the needs of users.
