IDEA SHARING SESSIONS
In the intrapreneurship initiative, our employees with innovative business ideas can share their business ideas with us through our Innovation Platform. They can listen to the stories of successful entrepreneurs and benefit from their experiences by attending our Product Zone events that we organize periodically.
They can share their business ideas at the “Open Microphone” events we physically organize, and enrich their ideas with common sense by receiving opinions and feedback from other participants.
PRODUCT AMBASSADORS
Product ambassadors consist of participants specialized in various fields within the company and provide feedback by evaluating product ideas presented within the framework of intrapreneurship. During this process, they enrich the ideas, add distinctive features and, when necessary, provide guidance and pivot suggestions.
