Our CEO Semih İncedayı discussed Innovation at the Ekonomist Magazine

Our CEO Semih İncedayı was featured in this month's issue of the Ekonomist. In the interview, İncedayı stated that Doğuş Technology's innovation culture contributes to its growth targets, and that leadership and competitiveness are based on innovation.

Semih İncedayı said the following in the interview:

"As a company leading digitalization in Turkey, we continue to grow in every field. Our biggest advantage here is that we have innovation in our corporate DNA."

"We have one of the most important R&D centers in Turkey. In order to develop the innovation culture we have adopted, we are implementing an R&D Competency Model that sets an example for the sector and a reward system such as 'R&D Games' to encourage and expand R&D activities. This reward system highlights projects, patents, R&D elements and strong publication production capacity, participation in R&D incentive programs, university collaborations, participation in training processes, and all activities that support innovation performance. We continue to focus on sustainable growth targets by maintaining our pioneering role in the field of technology with the importance we attach to innovation, R&D activities and entrepreneurship supports."
