We Contributed to Pasha Life’s Digital Transformation Journey with Our RPA Solutions!

As Doğuş Teknoloji, we collaborated with Pasha Life, one of Azerbaijan's most prestigious insurance companies, to enhance efficiency and digitalize their business processes through our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions. Within the first six months, we successfully automated five critical processes, completing approximately 60,000 transactions flawlessly.

Using RPA technology, we streamlined the collection and uploading of MLI (Multilateral Instrument) agreement documents. With this technology, scanned agreements were received via email, and their numbers were extracted using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) before being uploaded to the MLI system. During this process, we prepared daily reports on all uploads and effectively managed exceptions arising from the automation.

Another vital process we managed was the creation of supplementary documents for annual agreements. With end-to-end RPA implementation, we ensured the seamless completion of these documents, enabling Pasha Life to manage its annual agreement supplements without issues.
