A New Technological Solution: RPA

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) uses software robots to carry out the repetitive tasks normally done by manual labour. The increased productivity accelerates time-to-value and minimises the rate of error. In line with its digitalisation strategies, Doğa Sigorta decided in August 2020 to invest in RPA technology, which creates more efficient working conditions for customers and staff alike by undertaking daily and long-term routine work regardless of simplicity, repetitiveness, or volume.

Internal Development With RPA Technology

Doğa Sigorta Information Technology and Digitalisation Manager Şeyda Acar said the purpose of investing in RPA technology was to provide customers with faster and error-free solutions and to maximize satisfaction through Robotic Process Automation, which has been developed to benefit all units wherever it is needed regardless of day, night, or weekends.

Dosigo managed more than 10 business processes in 6 departments in 2022. Dosigo carried out more than 100,000 operations resulting in a saving of 2,000 man-hours.
