We Predict Cement Prices with AI in Collaboration with Doğuş Inşaat!

As Doğuş Teknoloji, we consider artificial intelligence holistically and see this field as a great opportunity for companies and countries. In this direction, we have taken one of the pioneering steps in the IT sector.

We have joined forces with Doğuş İnşaat, a Doğuş Group company, in innovation. In collaboration with Doğuş İnşaat, we are launching a new era in the construction industry by predicting cement prices with artificial intelligence. Using deep learning models, data science and artificial intelligence, this project aims to achieve significant cost savings by enabling data-driven decision-making processes in cement purchases. The artificial intelligence and data-driven study will be one of the exemplary projects in the construction industry in Turkey and a pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence to predict cement prices. 

Our CDO Özcan Çavuş on the subject; "In an intensely competitive business world, it is very important to ensure that customers can effectively manage their data processes from start to finish, and the construction industry is a critical sector where competition is intense... Material procurement has become important for profitability in today's economy. For example, the foreign currency-oriented prices of construction materials such as cement, which we have covered in this project, can fluctuate periodically. Therefore, it is critical to make accurate forecasts in cement purchases, which is an important budget item. As Doğuş Teknoloji, in collaboration with Doğuş Construction, we predict cement prices 1, 3 and 6 months ahead with high accuracy. With this collaboration, it becomes possible to provide cost optimization and strategic planning in cement purchases through data-driven decision-making processes and the use of artificial intelligence algorithms. We believe that with the spread of similar collaborations in the construction industry, the sector will achieve a more efficient and competitive structure."
